TRITN SIGNS EPC MOU WITH SIAM LNG

On 14 December 2018 Strega Public Company Limited (STREGA), a subsidiary of Triton Holding Public Company Limited (TRITN) entered into an MOU with Siam LNG Company Limited (SNG), a subsidiary of Siamgas and Petrochemicals Public Company Limited (SGP) as the Main Contractor of the SIAM LNG STORAGE TANK AND JETTY PROJECT PHASE 1, Map Ta Phut, Rayong with a value of Baht 9 Billion.

The signing ceremony was attended by Miss Louise Taechaubol, Chairwoman of the Executive Board and Mr. Pipat Suvanajata, Chief Executive Officer of Triton Holding Public Company Limited and; and Mr. Worawit Weeraborwornpong, Chairman of the Executive Board and Mr. Somchai Koprasobsuk, Managing Director of Siamgas and Petrochemicals Public Company Limited.

The project engages STREGA as the main contractor and positions STREGA as one of the leading EPC in the Oil and Gas Industry in the region. More large infrastructure and construction projects are expected to come to

TRITN. TRITON HOLDING FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE AND STRUCTURE

TRITN announced a turnaround net profit of Baht 102.16 million Baht for the first 3 quarters, an increase of 322.4% from Baht -45.93 million year on year. Its strong performance coupled with new strategic alliances with leading companies from China puts TRITN in a strong position to expand rapidly. Its disposition of Splash Media in November 2018 has generated for the company over 200 million Baht in liquidity.
